finding balance in a life that never slows down
Hi, I’m Michèle. Creator of The Inner Balance Club. Wellness entrepreneur. Former Apple leader turned breathwork and well-being coach. Based in Zurich, working with people around the world. Sun chaser. Travelista. Foodie. Forever matcha girl. Here to help you reconnect with yourself—so you can feel grounded, present, and aligned in a full, fast-paced life.
I’ve always been someone who goes all in. I’m driven, curious, and love to create, explore, learn, and grow. My life is full, sometimes messy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. What keeps me grounded through it all? My breath.
Breathwork became my anchor long before I ever imagined it would become part of my work. It started as my daily ritual—my way to come back to myself.
what I was missing. and why I built this space for you.
A few years back I had arrived in a high point in my career and life. I had it all. A meaningful leadership role at Apple. A great salary. A loving partner. The freedom to travel. Strong friendships. A nourishing lifestyle I had created after coming dangerously close to burnout and a physical wake-up call that I couldn’t ignore. I had been through my share of storms—and found my way through every one of them.
From the outside, everything looked just right. But inside? It didn’t feel good. It didn’t feel right. I thought reaching this point in life would feel different. Lighter. More aligned. More fulfilling.
each vacation felt like a reset I desperately needed.
Instead, I felt restless. Like I was constantly running from one thing to the next. Always doing. Always “on”. So much of my life had become a series of musts. My calendar was full. My days packed. Even self-care felt like an appointment. But I wasn’t really pausing to ask: Is this how I want to feel? Is this really the way I want to live?
Each vacation felt like a much-needed pause. A reset I desperately needed. I was great at taking care of everything and everyone else. But taking care of myself? Creating real space to refuel, reflect, and reconnect in my day-to-day? That was the piece I was missing.
And I kept thinking of something a leader I admired once said to me: “You can’t live a life that you constantly need a break from.”
That sentence hit something deep in me.
One of my favorite things about myself? I don’t settle. And so I asked myself the question: There must be another way, right?
there must be another way.
That question sparked a journey. And I found the answer — not all at once, but little by little. I started exploring other ways of living and being. That led me to a yoga retreat during a world trip, where I tried breathwork for the first time. Something clicked. There was something powerful, almost mystical about it. It felt like a key I didn’t know I had been looking for.
From there, I dove deeper into my own practice, explored different modalities, worked with incredible mentors. Years of journaling helped me process, heal, and find clarity. Somatic coaching opened a new awareness of the mind-body connection. I began learning how to feel emotions instead of suppressing them. How to regulate my nervous system. How to connect to my intuition.
And in all of it, breathwork kept calling me. It grounded me. It energised me. It changed the way I showed up. not just in the tough moments, but every single day. breathwork and journaling became my non-negotiables.

Working with my breath was not just for bad days. Or good days. It became my every day. They became my foundation—my way of living. Through becoming aware of my breath during the day, practising a few minutes every morning, I began to feel lighter. More like myself. I had more clarity, recovered from setbacks and stress way faster. I had more capacity. I wasn’t just getting through the day—I was actually living it.
And I noticed something else: The more connected I became to myself, the more I saw the same disconnection around me—in women (and men) who were successful, purpose-driven, and exhausted. They were holding so much, doing so much, but feeling so little, overwhelmed by the pace of it all. That’s when I knew: I wanted to build something different. Something grounded in breath. In connection. In real life.
breathwork is not just for the bad days. breathwork is not just for the good days.
I wanted to build something different. grounded in breath. connected to real life.
So I went back to school. I got certified as a Holistic Health Coach. I trained with renowned wellness leaders to become an advanced Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga Teacher. I created my well-being company, BeWell by Michèle.
From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to create something that offered more than a single class or short-term fix. I wanted a space that helped people reconnect to themselves in a way that was consistent, flexible, and sustainable. A place where shifts could happen gently, without pressure. Something that integrates into their day-to-day. Where you are surrounded by people that want the same. And that’s how The Inner Balance Club was born—after more than a year of careful shaping and creating.
“you don’t need a break from your life. you need rituals and a space that support you.”

this space bridges the gap.
The inner Balance Club brings together the best of what I’ve lived and learned.
Over a decade of experience in leadership and fast-paced environments, working with people across the world.
My work guiding over 1,000 people through breathwork.
Deep 1:1 coaching journeys focused on lifestyle shifts and meaningful change.
My personal journey of realignment, self-trust, and finding a new rhythm.
The power of breath, mindfulness and personal development.
I saw how impactful 1:1 coaching could be—but how inaccessible it was for many. I saw how classes and events could spark change—but how hard it was to stay consistent afterward.
The Inner Balance Club bridges this gap. It gives you the tools—but more importantly, the space—to use them. It’s designed for the real world. For real people. It’s not about rigid routines or perfection—it’s about imperfect consistency. To reset your energy. Build small, meaningful practices that help you move through life with more calm, clarity, and intention. It’s not a program to finish, it’s a space to come back to yourself. Again and again.
And most importantly: It’s for those who are holding a lot, but want to hold themselves, too.
you don’t need to escape your life to feel good in it.
I live my life in my rhythm now. In alignment with my values, my energy, my intuition. I feel good—on the inside. And that’s what I want for you, too. Because life is full. It’s fast. And if we’re not careful, we run through it disconnected from how we actually feel. We don’t need to push harder. We need to come back home to ourselves. The Inner Balance Club gives you the space to do that—gently and consistently. You don’t have to be into “wellness” to belong here. You just need a desire to feel more like yourself again. To breathe. To reset. To live from the inside out. And to realize: You don’t need to escape your life to feel good in it. You just need a rhythm that supports you. That’s what this space is here for.
It’s my way of sharing the tools and principles that have helped me to live with more ease, impact, and joy — so you can too.
Much love,
Michèle
