Hi, I’m Michèle. Creator of The Inner Balance Club. Wellness entrepreneur. Former Apple leader turned breathwork and well-being coach. Based in Zurich, working with people around the world. I’ve always been someone who goes all in. I’m driven, curious, and love to create, explore, learn, and grow. My life is full, sometimes messy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. What keeps me grounded through it all? My breath.

Breathwork became my anchor long before I ever imagined it would become part of my work. It started as my daily ritual—my way to come back to myself.
